Job Description

• Develop a long-standing relationship with all customers

• Maintain and strengthen existing relationships

• Liaison with technical and operation teams to meet customer needs

• Keep up to date with market dynamics

• Assist to develop suitable marketing programs

• Ensure Client Due Diligence (CDD)

• Improve customer service satisfaction

• Share valuable and understandable information on products and services

• Act as one point contact for all customer requirements

• Developing high quality presentations for potential prospects
